An <br />asphalt path way will also be installed as part of the new building. This includes all removals of <br />existing materials. <br />2) Tapered Roof Insulation: Tapered roof insulation is needed to completely insulate the <br />sloped roof areas. <br />3) Temporary Basin: A temporary storm water basin needs to be installed to collect storm <br />water until the dedicated basin can be installed. The dedicated basin cannot be installed until <br />the demolition of the existing building is complete. <br />4) Storm Doors: Garage -style storm doors will be installed on the exterior wall of the second <br />floor balcony. This will reduce the risk of weather damage to mechanical and electrical system <br />beneath the balcony. <br />
