General Contractors, was next read and the Clerk directed to reply,informing this firm that the letting of bids will take place not earlier than April 1, 1953 for the construction of the municipal sewage disposal plant. Quotations of the three decorating firms for the washing of walls and ceilings in the City Hall were again reviewed by the Board. It was the decision of the Board that Verhostra Painting Companyts offer was the best submitted. The Board accordingly directed the Clerk to notify this firm to proceed immediately with the cleaning of the Main and Second Floor Lobbies and i'Vain Stairway of the City Hall at the quoted price of �277.00. Toth and three others for the improvement on NORTH HUEY STREET from 30 feet south of the south line of Hamilton Street to 264 feet south of the south line of Hamilton Street was received and placed on file. The Petition of Nicholas A. Toth and three others for the improvement of NORTH HUEY STREET from 30 feet south of the south line of Hamilton Street to 264 feet south of the south line of Hamilton Street by constructing a local sewer was referred to the -City Engineer. Ray S. Andrysiak, City Engineer, recommends petition of Nicholas A. Toth and three others for NORTH HUEY STREET local sewer be granted. Wilbur H. Gartner & Associates were ordered to prepare plans and -speci- fications for construction of local sewer on NORTH =Y STREET.
