in <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 26th day of December and on <br />the, 2nd day of January, 1953 in the South Bend Tribune. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 21st. day January, 1953 at <br />11:00 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested'in or affect <br />ed by these proceedings. <br />,Adopted this 22nd day of December 1952. <br />R. S. Andrysiak <br />I. A. Zie ler <br />- Boar of Public Works & Safety <br />The establishing of a stop street on 32nd Street at Pleasant Street and a four- <br />way stop at the intersection of Thomas and Laurel Streets were approved by the Board. <br />The Board examined and approved the order placed with R. L. Polk & Company by <br />• the Clerk of the Board, under date of December 8, 1952 for the departmental needs of <br />the City for the 1953 City Directory when published. <br />The Occupancy Bond of ,the Smith -Monroe Company and / or Indiana & Michigan Water <br />Development Company, in the sum of $5,000.00 bearing the approval of the City Controller <br />�. was examined and ordered filed. . <br />A Contractorts Bond,in the sum of $1,000.00,for W. D. Ruffner was examined and <br />approved by the Board. <br />The following Excavatorts Bonds, each in the sum of $1,000.00, were examined <br />and approved by the Board: <br />• Arthur W. Deppert <br />Hawblitzel House Plumbing & Appliances <br />Abe N. Medow d/b/a Medow Plumbing & Heating Co. <br />Anthony Swiatowy and George Schwind d/b/a United <br />Heating and Plumbing Co. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned <br />at 11:45 A.
