<br />After hearing all persons 'Interested who appeared and being fully advised on the
<br />premises and the Clerk of the Board having shown proofs of publication of notices to
<br />property owners and same having been found sufficient, the Board decides that the benefi
<br />to the property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated
<br />cost of the same as _reported by the City Civil Engineer, therefore
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,

<br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that the Profiles, Drawings, Plans, General Details, Specifications and
<br />Estimates approved by this Board on the loth day of October, 1952, for the improvement
<br />of TUXEDO DRIVE from the center line of Washington Street to 190 feet south of the
<br />center line of ITcKinley Avenue by constructing a local sewer.

<br />Be and the same are hereby adopted and ordered placed on file in the office of
<br />the Department of Engineering of this Board. November 17, 1952, at the hour of 11:00
<br />o'clock A. M. is hereby fixed as the time, and the office of the Board of
<br />Public Works
<br />and Safety in the City Hall of this City, as the place, when and where the Board of
<br />Public Works and Safety will open and consider bids for the above named improvements,
<br />provided all bids for the construction of said work shall be filed in the
<br />office of
<br />the Clerk of this Board before 11:00 A. M. of said day. Each bidder for
<br />said work

<br />shall enclose with his bid a certified check, payable to the Treasurer of
<br />this City
