Contractor, for the construction i of the pavement improvement on VASSAR AVENUE from the east line of Olive Street to the west line of Elmer Street under Improvement Resolution No. 2717, 1952 has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications for this project, was examined by the • i, Board and ordered filed. j VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2736 - 1952 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA That it is desirable to vacate the following: No. 1 Middlefield Avenue from the North line of Ardmore Trail to the South line of Grove Street and from the North line of Grove Street to the South line of Elwood Avenue. No. 2. Edison Avenue from the North line of Ardmore Trail to the • South line of Grove Street and from the North line of Grove Street to the South line of Elwood Avenue. No-3- Calhoun Street from the East line Woodland Avenue to the West line of Edison Avenue. No. 4. Lawrence Street from the East line of Woodland Avenue to the West line of Edison Avenue. j No. 5. Evans Street from the East line of Woodland Avenue to the West line of Edison Avenue. • No. 6. All of that certain fourteen (14) foot alley situated one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet North of the North line of Ardmore Trail from the East line of Woodland Avenue to the West line of Edison Avenue. All of that certain fourteen(14) foot alley situated one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet South of the South line of Elwood Avenue from the East line of Woodland Avenue to the West line of Edison Avenue. No. 8 All of that certain alley situated one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet East of the East line of Woodland Avenue from a point • one -hundred -twenty-eight (128) feet North of the North line of Ardmore Trail to the South line of Grove Street and from the North line of Grove Street to a point one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet j South of the South line of Elwood Avenue, and No. 9. All of that certain alley situated one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet West of the West line of Edison Avenue from a point one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet North of the North line of Ardmore Trail to the South line of Grove Street and from the North line of Grove Street to a point one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet South of the South line of Elwood Avenue. . The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such i vacation: Lots Numbered One to 186 inclusive, in the Recorded Plat of Middlefield, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 19th day of September and on the 26th day of September, 1952 in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News.
