I The bids were referred to the engineer for tabulating and report at the next meeting. RESOLUTION NO, 2727 - 1952 This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of Twelve (12) feet . off of the south side of West .Woodside Street from the west line of Main Street west (three-hundred-fobty-three (343) feet to the Pennsylvania Railroad Right -Of -Way, under !vacation resolution No. 2727. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of !notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several ; !lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said Troll. The Board, therefore, decided to take final action on said assessment roll and ' ;declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and i (the proceedings closed, and the portion of the street vacated upon receipt of the amount i of benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited and all proceedings jihad with reference to said street vacation are hereby sustained. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written !remonstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several • !lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said ;roll. In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several (lots and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said ;roll. The Board, therefore, decided to take final action on said assessment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed, and the street vacated upon receipt of the amount of benefit assessments from the various property owners so benefited and all proceedings had with reference to said street vacation are hereby sustained. • The Board next considered the urgency for the repair of sidewalk in the 600 block jPortage Avenue and the construction of seventy-five (75) feet of sidewalk on Washington l at Chestnut, petition for which was approved by the Board under date of March 10, 1952•
