<br />For the improvement of ALLEY BETWEEN MICHIGAN STREET AND MAIN STREET under Improve-
<br />ment Resolution No. 2726, 1952, adopted Ju17.7, 1952; from the north line of Ewing'Aven
<br />to the south line of Donald Street by'constructing a Class C Pavement.
<br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised on the
<br />premises and the Clerk of the Board having shown proofs of publication of notices to
<br />property owners and same having been found sufficient, the Board decides that the benefi
<br />to the property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated
<br />cost of the sameas reported by the City Civil Engineer, therefore
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolution Nos. 2721, 2722, 2723, 2724, 2725 and 2726, 1952
<br />duly passed by this Board on July 72 1952, for the above improvements, be and the
<br />same are hereby in all things confirmed and the improvements are hereby ordered to be
<br />made.
