4`72 <br />FINAL ORDER No. 2719 - 1952 <br />South Bend, Indiana I� <br />July 28, 1952 <br />Whereas, the Board of Public Works, did on. the 21st day of JNly, 1952, adopt a <br />Preliminary Order designating Class C Cement -Concrete as the kind of Pavement for <br />the improvement of ALLEY BE TWEEN ADAMS STREET AND COLLEGE STREET from the north line <br />of Humboldt Street to the east and west alley north of Humboldt Street in accordance <br />with improvement Resolution No. 2719, 1952, passed by this Board on May 12, 1952, and • <br />I confirmed by this Board on June 16, 1952. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, That the Preliminary Order is hereby, in all things confirmed <br />and said street ordered paved with a Class C Cement Concrete. <br />R. CST, relative to <br />the following Improvement Resolutions: <br />Resolution No. 2721 - Improvement of THIRTY-FIRST STREET from Pleasant Street to <br />Northside Boulevard by constructing a permanent type pavement. <br />Resolution No. 2722 <br />- Improvement of WASHINGTON AVENUE from Ironwood Drive to East <br />curb line of Tuxedo Street,.by <br />constructing a Class "C" Pavement. <br />Resolution No. 2723 <br />- Improvement of WILSON STREET from Ironwood Drive to west <br />property line of Tuxedo Street, <br />by constructing a Class "C" pavement. ( <br />• <br />Resolution No. 2724 <br />- Improvement of CHALPANT STREET from Walsh Street to Jacob <br />Street by constructing a <br />Class "C" pavement. <br />Resolution No. 2725 <br />- Improvement of HUMBOLDT STREET from Fremont Street to alley <br />� <br />West of Meade Street, by <br />constructing a Class "C" pavement. <br />Resolution No. 2726 <br />- Improvement of FIRST ALLEY WEST OF MICHIGAN STREET from <br />Donald Street to Ewing Avenue, by constructing a Class "C" pavement. <br />Members present were <br />R. S. Andrysiak and Irving A. Hurwich. The meeting was called <br />to order at 7:30 DST.Mr. <br />Andrysiak explained the Barrett.Law procedure to a group of aboull <br />sixty property owners in <br />detail and answered <br />• <br />questions concerning same. <br />
