4`72 FINAL ORDER No. 2719 - 1952 South Bend, Indiana I� July 28, 1952 Whereas, the Board of Public Works, did on. the 21st day of JNly, 1952, adopt a Preliminary Order designating Class C Cement -Concrete as the kind of Pavement for the improvement of ALLEY BE TWEEN ADAMS STREET AND COLLEGE STREET from the north line of Humboldt Street to the east and west alley north of Humboldt Street in accordance with improvement Resolution No. 2719, 1952, passed by this Board on May 12, 1952, and • I confirmed by this Board on June 16, 1952. CST, relative to the following Improvement Resolutions: Resolution No. 2721 - Improvement of THIRTY-FIRST STREET from Pleasant Street to Northside Boulevard by constructing a permanent type pavement. Resolution No. 2722 - Improvement of WASHINGTON AVENUE from Ironwood Drive to East curb line of Tuxedo Street,.by constructing a Class "C" Pavement. Resolution No. 2723 - Improvement of WILSON STREET from Ironwood Drive to west property line of Tuxedo Street, by constructing a Class "C" pavement. ( • Resolution No. 2724 - Improvement of CHALPANT STREET from Walsh Street to Jacob Street by constructing a Class "C" pavement. Resolution No. 2725 - Improvement of HUMBOLDT STREET from Fremont Street to alley � West of Meade Street, by constructing a Class "C" pavement. Resolution No. 2726 - Improvement of FIRST ALLEY WEST OF MICHIGAN STREET from Donald Street to Ewing Avenue, by constructing a Class "C" pavement. Members present were R. S. Andrysiak and Irving A.
