Next appeared before the Board, Carl J. Reinke and presented a drawing to show the
<br />portion of east and west alley between Williams Street and Franklin Place, south of
<br />Washington, which this contractor finds necessary to occupy for a period of three months,
<br />commencing July 15, 1952 while engaged in construction of an addition to the South Bend
<br />Osteopathic Hospital. The contracting firm of Carl J. Reinke & Sons, carrying the
<br />necessary Occupancy Bond, and same being on file in the office of the Board, approval
<br />was thereupon granted.
<br />A drawing of the Proposed Plat of McKinley Terrace, Section "All, covering an area o
<br />120'acres, submitted to the -Board by the City Plan Commission,'was examined by the
<br />members of the Board and given consideration and discussion. No objection to the,..annex-
<br />ation of this plat was offered by any of the members of the Board and the plan was then
<br />referred to the City Engineer for the preparation of a report to be rendered to the
<br />City Plan Commission on or before the next regular meeting of the commission, Thursday,
<br />July 17, 1952.
<br />This being the hour set for the opening of bids for the improvement of the
<br />following streets, the bids were -
