413 VACATION RESOLUTION No. 2710. Mr. R. S. Andrysiak, City Engineer, filed primary assessment roll showing the awards i of damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter of the vacation of alley !lying between lots 317 and 264 in second plat of LaSalle Park, which alley extends 'North from the northern boundary of Western Avenue to the southern boundary of the first ,East-West alley North of said Western. Avenue, under vacation resolution No. 2710. • In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in the City Hall at 11:00 A. M. on the 28th day of April, 1952, for the purpose of hearing land receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacation,. land the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, together with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publishing jsame on the 4th day of April, on the llth day of April and on the 18th day of April, 1952 in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News. A Report, including a copy of letter addressed to Eli Miller, was received from the City Clerk, having been referred to the Board by the Common Council. Report was examined and ordered placed on file. The following Contractor's Bonds were received by the Board and examined and approved: �I Place and Company, !nee in the amount of $1,000.00 W. W. Construction Company in the amount of $1,000.00 0. J. Shoemaker, Inc. in the amount of $1,000.00. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 12:10 P.M.
