VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2698 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by <br />the Board of Public Works for the vacation of the alley East of St: Peter Street <br />from the South Line of the'First alley South of Wayne Street to the north line <br />of the Grand Trunk Railroad right-cf-way, under Vacation Resolution No. 2698. <br />The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no <br />remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with <br />the Clerk, it was moved, and seconded and unanimously carried that the said <br />resolution be'finally adopted and the said alley,be vacated. The Engineering <br />Department is directed to -prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of <br />benefits and the award of damages ' to the surroufidin' g ;propertie s <br />Mr. R. S. Andrysiak, City Engineer, filed primary assessment roll showing awards <br />of damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter of vacation of the alley <br />East of St. Peter Street from the South line of the first alley South of Wayne Street <br />to the North line of the Grand Trunk right-of=way under Vacation Resolution No.2698. <br />j:. In the above named assessment roll, the Board hereby orders that it will meet in <br />the City Hall at 11: 00 A. M. on the 'l,lth day Of F-ebruary, '1952., for the purpose of <br />hearing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by <br />• said vacation, and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, together, <br />with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed to be addressed to the <br />property owners by publishing same on the lst day of February and the 8th day of - <br />February 1952, in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the Tri-County News. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION No. 2700 - 1952 i <br />is <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the is <br />Board of Public Works for the vacation of Bowman Street from the west line of Main <br />Street to the east line of the North and South Alley West of Main Street, under I' <br />p <br />!� Vacation Resolution No. 2700. S. Andrysiak, examined and approved <br />i <br />Illinois Street from Lincolnway West to Keller Street <br />Wellington Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street <br />Kenmore Street from Elwood Avenue to Keller Street <br />Elwood Avenue from Illinois Street to Kenmore Street. <br />An Excavation Bond for Taylor Brothers, 3535 E. McKinley Ave., South Bend, Indiana <br />and signed by Robert L.
