This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 28 day of January 1952 <br />at 11:00 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all perons interested <br />in or affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted thisl4th day of January 1952. <br />• 1 <br />Attest: <br />I Ward H. Hurwich <br />Board of Public Works & Safety. <br />An amendment of Plat of Belleville Gardens Second Unit,cpuered by an <br />indenture signed by the Colpaert Realty Corporation, was examined and approved <br />by the Board. <br />DEDICATION <br />WHEREAS, a plat with dedication of streets indicated thereon is now <br />presented to the Board to be known as Whitcomb & Kellerts 6th Sunnymede an <br />addition to South Bend, Indiana and <br />j This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public <br />Works and Safety in Row # /8 , Drawer # 6 , and recorded in Book # /f(, Page(W" <br />in the Recorderts Office of St. Joseph County. <br />Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, and public places <br />dedicated to the public use.in said plat are hereby accepted and approved by <br />said Board for an on. behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of lot numbered 895, Whitcomb <br />& Kellerts 5th Sunnymede; thence South, along the West side of <br />Greenlawn Avenue, 119.7 feet to the North line of Wall Street; <br />thence on a 6 degree 50 minutes curve to the right 190.7 feet <br />( the tangent to said curve makes a 90 degree angle with Green - <br />lawn Avenue; thence on a 2 degree 32 minute curve to the left <br />975.3 feet ( the tangent being tangent to last described curve) <br />thence on a 13 degree 4 minute curve to the right 89.7 feet to <br />Twyckenham Drive; thence North 120 feet to the South line of <br />Whitcombt& Kellerts 5th Sunnymede; thence Easterly on the Southerly <br />line of Whitcomb & Kellerts 5th Sunnymede, to the place of be- <br />ginning. <br />The Plat contains 13 lots lettered from 911 to 92L� inclusite. <br />The dimensions of the lots, streets, building lines and easements <br />for utility poles are as shown on the plat. <br />In Witness Whereof Whitcomb & Keller Inc., <br />� , has caused this <br />Dedication to be executed by its President and Secretary -Treasurer <br />and the corporation seal affixed this --- day of December 1951. <br />I _ <br />Whitcomb & Keller, Inc., <br />I Attest: By. Keller, Pres. <br />Howard Moore, <br />Secretary -Treasurer. <br />License Bond of the Gino Vannoni & Sons was examinedy ap <br />proved <br />and -ordered filed# also bonds for Slutsky Plumbing & heatingg Co., John W. <br />Rensberger, and C. S. Randolph were approved and ordered filed. <br />The matter of the housing units occupying the Plaza Site Housing <br />kroject was considered and the Board instructed the clerk to notify <br />Nicholas Augustine to discontinue renting any further units in this <br />project. This is in line with the established policy of the Board to <br />liquidate the Plaza Site Housing Project. <br />A Petition was received from Frank and Helen Magrames to vacate <br />ttae alley lying between Lots 317 and 264 in the 2nd Plat of LaSalle <br />Park, purpose being to correct an error in Vacation Resolution #1809 <br />made in 1927 -1928 was referred to the City Planning Commission. <br />Meeting adjourned at 2:15 P.M. <br />Attest: R <br />Clerk. <br />
