jTRAFFIC ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: The Board approved a stop sign on Rush Street and Dubailll <br />.Street, both sides: <br />I <br />TAXI CABS; Mr. Bert Liss appeared before the Board to present a petition asking for a <br />taxi cab stand at 209 South Michigan Street in front of R,,obertsonts-Department Store, <br />relinquishing the one that has been allotted to him on. South Main Street, immediately <br />south of the loading zone in front of the Odd.Fellows Building. He also presented a let - <br />;ter from the Robertson Department Store indicating their willingness that a cab stand be <br />;established in front of their store. The Board, after conferring tith the Traffic Engine r, <br />decided to grant their request. <br />i ENGaNEERING DEPARTMENT:, A Bond of Contractor was approved and ordered filed for Herbert <br />Hul l <br />Ekeavation Bonds were approved and ordered filed for J.
