The Board approved plans for a pavement on. Charles Street from Chippewa Avenue to Klinger Street; plans for a sewer on St. Joseph -Street from Jennings Street to Klinger Street; plans for a sewer on Charles Street from Jennings Avenue to Klinger Street and plans for a sewer on Dean Street from Fellows Street to St. Joseph Streets all for TP,,. itcomb it and Keller; Inc. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2690 i. - This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of the North and j South alley between Webster and Arnold Streets from the North line of Ewing Avenue to j�the south line of the first east and west alley north of Ewing Avenue under Vacation Resolution No. 2690. it In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no w rit ten remon- strances were filed, The Clerk of the Board submitted roofs of • p publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots and; ! parcels of land have been benefitted and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertaining to his department were discussed. 1I Clint Knoblock, an employee of the City Cemetery department, who was injured in lifting an automatic power mower whileat work, was advised by the City Doctor to have an operation. The Board directed that Mr. Knoblock have the said operation.
