Charles Street from Chippewa Avenue to <br />Klinger Street; plans for a sewer on St. Joseph -Street from Jennings Street to Klinger <br />Street; plans for a sewer on Charles Street from Jennings Avenue to Klinger Street and plans <br />for a sewer on Dean Street from Fellows Street to St. Joseph Streets all for TP,,. itcomb it <br />and Keller; Inc. <br />A petition was received askingfor the vac<ation of a • I portion of Columbia Street. ;I <br />This, was referred to the Engineering Department.. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2690 <br />i. <br />- This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll showing the award <br />of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of the North and <br />j South alley between Webster and Arnold Streets from the North line of Ewing Avenue to <br />j�the south line of the first east and west alley north of Ewing Avenue under Vacation <br />Resolution No. 2690. <br />it <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no w rit ten remon- <br />strances were filed, The Clerk of the Board submitted roofs of • p publication of notices <br />and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots and; <br />! parcels of land have been benefitted and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. Halley vacation are hereby sustained. <br />CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertaining to <br />his department were discussed. <br />1I Clint Knoblock, an employee of the City Cemetery department, who was injured in <br />lifting an automatic power mower whileat work, was advised by the City Doctor to have an <br />operation.
