VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2690 This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of'Public Works.f or the vacation of the North and South alley between Webster Street and Arnold Street from the North line of Ewing Avenue to the Southline of the First East and West alley North of Ewing Avenue under Vacation Resolution No. 2690 The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerks it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be ,finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Eng i1jeering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2691 This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public Works for the vacation of the first alley South of Calvert Street from Swygart Avenue West to -the East line of the North and South alley, and from the West line of -the North. and South alley west to Walnut Streit under Vacation Resolution No. 2691. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with, the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated, The.Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessmentroll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding properties.
