VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2690 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore <br />adopted by the Board of'Public Works.f or the vacation of the North and <br />South alley between Webster Street and Arnold Street from the North line <br />of Ewing Avenue to the Southline of the First East and West alley North <br />of Ewing Avenue under Vacation Resolution No. 2690 The Clerk of the <br />Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators <br />having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the <br />Clerks it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said <br />resolution be ,finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Eng <br />i1jeering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering <br />the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding <br />properties <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2691 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore <br />adopted by the Board of Public Works for the vacation of the first alley <br />South of Calvert Street from Swygart Avenue West to -the East line of the <br />North and South alley, and from the West line of -the North. and South <br />alley west to Walnut Streit under Vacation Resolution No. 2691. The <br />Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and <br />no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been <br />filed with, the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried <br />that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated, <br />The.Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessmentroll <br />covering the assessment of benefits and the award of damages to the <br />surrounding properties. <br />
