Baer <br />I Board of Public Works & Safety <br />j RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />NO. 2665s, 1951 <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />October 1, 1951 <br />Board of Public Works and Safety; <br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and the Clerk of the Board of <br />Public Works and Safety having proofs of publication of the notices to property owners <br />and the same having been found sufficient, therefore, <br />Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, <br />Indiana, that the Primary of Preliminary Assessment Roll adopted by the Board on the loth <br />day of September, 1951, for the improvement of WILBER STREET PAVEMENT from the north line <br />of Fassnacht Avenue to the southerly line of LaPorte Avenue be and the same is in all <br />things confirmed. <br />R.
