Boo RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FINAL ESTIMATE Nos. 2 9 1 South Bend, Indiana, September 10, 1951 Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that the Final Estimate, and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by the City Civil Enginee or his duly authorized representative on this loth day of Septem- ber, 1951, on the improvement known as the WILBER STREET PAVEMENT as described in Improv ment Resolution No. 2665-1951, passed by the Board of Public Works and Safety on May 7, 1951, and confirmed by said Board on June 4, 1951, be and the same is hereby adopted, an the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Be- nefits on said improvement, as required by Sec„tion N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning Municipal Corporations' approved March 6, 1950. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 11:00 a.m. ATTEST: :•'"O• ...i •" 44 SPECIAL MEETING September 11, 1 1 A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Tuesday, September 11, 1951 at 7:30 p.m. All members were present. The meeting was called for the. purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances on the paving of various streets under Improvement Resolutions: No. 2675 ILLINOIS STREET from the south line of Western Avenue to the north line of Huron Street. No. 2676 ST. PETER STREET from the north line of South Bend Avenue to the south line of Corby Street. No. 2679 WELLINGTON STREET from the south line of Huron Street to the north.line of For Street, No. 2682 NORTH SHORE DRIVE from the west line of Michigan Street to the east line of Lafayette Boulevard. No. 2683 HILL STREET from the north line ;pf Corby Street to the south line of Howard. Street. Property owners whose property is effected by the above resolutions will have a ten (10) day period in which to file remonstrances against the improvement resolutions.
