Permission was granted. <br />Mr. Fisher, representing the United Fund, appeared before the Board to ask permissio <br />to_place posters advertising the United Fund on the electric lamp posts in down town Sout <br />Bend. The Board granted permission provided the posters will not be fastened to the post <br />with wire or in any way that will injure the finish of the post. <br />The Board approved plans for a pavement on Addison Street from Jennings Avenue to <br />Klinger Street, <br />STREET DEPARTMENT: Melton 0. This was referred to <br />the City Engineer for investigation. <br />
