Miller and the Board.: <br />about traffic conditions on Louise Street. <br />TAXI CABS: The decision of the Board of Public Works and Safety in the matter of an ap- <br />plication for a taxi cab license by the United Cab Company was reached by the Board and <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
