271 <br />�IENGINEERING DEPARTMENT A Maintenance Bond was approved and ordered filed for Edward J. <br />White, Incorporated, for a sewer on East Pennsylvania Avenue. <br />An Excavation Bond was approved and ordered filed for Earl C. DeVan. <br />Contractor's Bonds were approved and ordered filed for Harry N. Barnes; and Burton <br />Morse. <br />The Board approved the plat of Hartman's Twyckenham Plat an addition to the City of <br />• South Bend. <br />The City Engineer filed plans and specifications for the LaSalle Street sewer and <br />the Clerk was directed to advertise for bids for same. Bids to be returned on June 11, <br />jl ^ 1951. <br />The approved Pavement Plans on May 14, 1951, for Tuxedo Drive from Jefferson Boule- <br />vard to Washington Street in Swanson's Park lst and 2nd Addition. <br />STREET DEPARTMENT: Melton 0, Brannan, Street Commissioner, was present and matters per- <br />taining to his department were discussed. <br />• CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertaining to <br />his department were discussed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned <br />I at 11:00 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />/7 <br />May 28, 1951 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public <br />9:30 a.m. All members were present.
