<br />A written remonstrance against said improvement bearing the signature of 51 per cent
<br />or more of the resident property owners on said street, who may be liable for assessment
<br />for said improvement having been fildd with said Board on or before May 14, 1951, said da
<br />being the final day for filing remonstrances, therefore.
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works ,and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolution No. 2662 - 1951, duly adopted by this Board.on April
<br />9, 1951 and first confirmed on May 14, 1951, be and the same is in all things rescinded
<br />and the improvement is hereby ordered not made.

<br />Resolution No. 2661, 1951, adopted Ap41l 9, 1951, from the east line of Fellows Street
<br />to the west line of the alley west of Erskine Blvd., by constructing A Class "C" pave-
<br />ment, AND
<br />EDISON STREET under Improvement Resolution No. 266�, 1951, adopted April 9, 195, from the
<br />south line of Ford Street to the north line of Sample Street by constructing a Class "C"
<br />pavement, AND
<br />EAST DAYTON STREET under Improvement Resolution No. 2668, 1951, adopted April 9, 195, from;
<br />the east line of Vernon Street to the west line of Twyckenham Drive by constructing a
<br />Class "C" pavement, AND �; •
<br />LOMBARDY DRIVE under Improvement Resolution No. 2669, 1951, adopted April 9, 1951, from
<br />the north line of Meadow Lane to the south line of Sample Street by constructing a Class
<br />pavement, AND
<br />WEST 112 OF FELLOWS STREET under Improvement Resolution No. 2670, 1951, adopted April 9,
<br />1951, from the south line.of Sherwood Avenue to the James Monroe School by constructing
<br />grade, curb, sidewalk and a Class "C" pavement.

<br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and .beingfully advised on the pre-
<br />mises and the Clerk of the Board having shown proofs of publication of notices to property;
<br />owners and seine having been found sufficient, the Board decides that the benefits to the •
<br />property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated cost of
<br />the same asreported by the City Civil Engineer, THEREFORE
<br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2661, 26632 2668, 2669 and 2670, 1951, duly
<br />passod..by this Board on April 9, 1951 for the above improvements, be and the same are herEl-
<br />by in all things confirmed, and the improvements are hereby ordered to be made.
