VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2659 This being the date set for continued hearing on Vacation Resolution 2659 for the vacation of MARSHALL STREET from the west line of 24th Street, weat a distance of 166 feet, the following letter was drafted and sent.to the attorney for the remonstrators: Mr,.. Richard Kaczmarek 714 Odd Fellows Bldg., South Bend, Indiana Dear Sir: On, March 26, 1951, you filed a remonstrance on behalf of Fannie C . Dugdale and Milo 1 Dugdale to Vacation Resolution No. 2S59 pending before the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana.. We, have carefully gone into your petition and make the following suggestions: If your ii client will dedicate an extension to Marshall Street to the west line of the Dugdale� property, including sufficient area for the "turn about", in accordance with our conver- sation of last week, we will then sustain your remonstrance. If, therefore, you wish to proceed in accordance with this plan, we will re uire that you file with the Board such dedication on or before the 9th day of April, 1991. As you know, the City Plan Commission does not feel that there is any necessity for the present or the proposed p portion of Marshall Street.
