Dugdale and Milo <br />1 <br />Dugdale to Vacation Resolution No. 2S59 pending before the Board of Public Works and <br />Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana.. <br />We, have carefully gone into your petition and make the following suggestions: If your ii <br />client will dedicate an extension to Marshall Street to the west line of the Dugdale� <br />property, including sufficient area for the "turn about", in accordance with our conver- <br />sation of last week, we will then sustain your remonstrance.
