<br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held Monday, December 11, 1950
<br />at 9:30 a.m. All members were present. Minutes of the previous meeting were, read and
<br />approved. Claims of the following suppliers in the amount of $18,863.69 were approved

<br />for a pavement on Chicago Street from Jefferson

<br />1Iton Streets, and on Chicago Street
<br />from Washington Street to Linden Avenue.
<br />DEDICATION
<br />WHEREAS, a plat with dedication of streets and alleys indicated thereon is now pre-
<br />sented to the Board, to be known as Jodonl=s First Addition, an addition to South Bend,
<br />Indiana and
<br />This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public Works and
<br />• Safety in Row # , Drawer # , and recorded in Book # , Page # , in the Recorder's
<br />office of St. Joseph County.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
<br />of South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and public places dedicated to
<br />the public use in said plat are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on be-
<br />half of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
<br />STREET DEPARTMENT: Melton 0. Brannan, Street Commissioner, was present and matters per-
<br />-taining to his Department were discussed.
<br />CEMETARY DEPARTMENT: Stanley Lesczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertaining to
<br />his Department were discussed.

<br />ending December 9, 1950.
<br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned
