<br />IN TI+E MATTER relating to the improvement made under Improvement Resolution No. 2624
<br />1950 and the plans and specifications therefor comes now Virgil H. Reed who being duly
<br />sworn upon oath deposes and says he is acquainted with the Reed Construction Company,
<br />Mishawaka, Indiana, the party to whom was awarded the contract and who performed the work
<br />under Improvement Resolution No. 2624-1950.
<br />That he is familiar with and personally knows the requirements of the plans and spe-
<br />cifications of said improvement resolution and further knows that the said Reed Construe-,
<br />tion Company, Tvlishawaka, Indiana, in the performance of said work complied with all the
<br />terms and conditions of said plans and specifications in every particular, and that the
<br />.material used was of the character, kind, quantity and quality required therein and accord-
<br />ing to and under the direction of the Board of Public I.A.orks & Safety.

<br />Be It Resolved, By the Board of Public ;Forks and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />Indiana, that the Final Estimate, and Primary Assessment Roll submitted to the Board by
<br />the City Civil Engineer or his duly authorized representative on this 2nd day of October,
<br />1950, on the improvement known as the CHICAGO STREET PAVE"+`E•NT as described in Improvement
<br />Resolution No. 2624 - 1950, passed by the Board of Public .Tlorks and Safety on May 8, 1950
<br />and confirmed by said Board on June 12, 1950, be and the same is hereby adopted, and the
<br />Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give notice of the hearing of Special Benefits
<br />on said improvement, as required by Section N.111 or 120 of an Act entitled "An Act Con-
<br />cerning Municipal Corporations" approved idlarch 6, 1905.
