<br />mates to be adopted by the Board of Public Works and Safety of such City, upon the final
<br />ed on file in the office of the Department of Engin-j!

<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet in its office in the City Hall on the
<br />• 30th day of August, 1950, at the hour of 6:30 o'clock PM -CST for the purpose of hearing
<br />jand considering all remonstrances, which may have been filed or which may be presented,
<br />Iland will hear all persons interested or whose property is affected by said proposed im- j
<br />provements, and will decide whether the benefit that will accrue to the property, abuttin
<br />and adjacent to the proposed improvements and to said City, will be equal to or exceed
<br />the estimated costs of the proposed improvements as estimated by the City Civil Engineer.
