Brannan, Street Commissioner, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his Department were discussed. <br />A letter was received from C. H. Annala, Executive Director of the Housing Authority; <br />requesting the use of city owned equipment and an operator to mow tall grass and weeds in, <br />the housing projects. The Board granted his request and directed that he contact Mr. Bram- <br />nan as to the time and the use of the equipment and the arrangements for paying fdr same. <br />PARKING METER DEPARTMENT: Mr. Maurice C. The City of Mishawaka agrees to construct certain islands, curb and ' <br />sidewalk and necessary pavement and to pay for the electricity used by certain stop signs; <br />to be erected on said corner. The City of South Bend agrees to furnish, install and main, <br />tain four (4) signal lights (stop signs) at the said corner, including all wiring neces- <br />sary to put and keep said signal lights in operation.
