S. .Andrysia.k, City isngineer, filed primary assessment roll showing the .awards.: of damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter of the vacation of WOODSIDE STREET beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 175 Ridgedale Fourth Addition; thence southea.sterly' ;along the southerly line of Woodside Street a distance of 100 ft.; thence northwesterly a distance of 83.28 ft. to the southeasterly corner of Lot 177� thence northwesterly along • -the northeasterly line of said Woodside Street a distance of 7A.59 ft. to a point opposite ;;place beginning; thence distance 80 ft. to the beginning. of southwesterly a of place of JA11,in Ridgedale Fourth .Addition, South Bend St. Joseph County, Indiana, under Vacation !Resolution No. 2639. The Schuyler Colfax Post Number 3194, Veterans of Foreign Wars. were granted permis sion to close Grant Street from Ford Street to the Grand Trunk Western Railroad tra_,.cks from July 7 to 16, inclusive, for the purpose of holding a Street Festival. ARKING METER DEPARTMENT: Mr. Maurice C. Vennet, .Auditor, presented his report for the week ending June 17, 1950. CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Mr. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertaining to his Deportment were discussed.
