<br />1950 on the improvement known as the ALLEY BETWEEN MICHIGAN STREET AI'dD MAIN STREET PAVE
<br />,MENT as described in Improvement Resolution No. 2604-1950 passed by the Board of Public
<br />';!,Works and Safety on February 20, 1950 and confirmed by said Board on March 27, 1950 be
<br />;and the same is hereby adapted, and the Clerk of this Board is hereby requested to give
<br />;notice of the hearing of Special Benefits on said Improvement, as required by Section N.
<br />�111 or 120 of an Act entitled, "An Act Concerning 11-unicipa.l Corporations" approved March

<br />Notice is hereby given, that the following street improvement has been completed. The
<br />general character of the improvement, the street, alley or public place on which it has
<br />been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: ALLEY BETWEEN MICHIGAN STREE
<br />AND MAIN STREET from the south line of Indiana Avenue to the north line of Dayton Street;
<br />FIRST ALLEY SOUTH OF INDIANA .AVENUE from the west line of Michigan Street to the east lin
<br />of Main Street pavement improvement.
<br />f There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment rol
<br />. with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed with the
<br />;amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said City Control-
<br />;, ler.
<br />The Board of Public arks and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in
<br />said City, will on the 26th day of June, 1950 at 9:00 o'clock A1,111-CST receive and hear
<br />remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property respectively, on said
<br />roll and will degermine the question as to whether such lots, or tracts of land, have
<br />been or will be benefited by said improvement to the amounts named on said roll, or is g
<br />greater or less than that named on said roll or in any sum. At which place and time all
<br />owners of such real estate may attend in person or by representative and be heard.

<br />• For the improvement of GLADSTONE AVENUE under Improvement Resolution No. 2623, 1950
<br />adopted May 8, 1950 from the south line of Ford Street to the north line of Sample Street
<br />;by constructing a Class "C" Pavement.
<br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised on the premises,
<br />the Board decides that the, benefits to the property liable to be assessed for said improvF-
<br />ment are equal to the estimated cost of the same as reported by the City Civil Engineer, i
<br />Therefore
<br />Be It Resolved, by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend,
<br />!Indiana that Improvement Resolution 2623, 1950 duly passed by this Board on May 89 1950
