This was referred <br />:to the Traffic Engineer for investigation and report, <br />PARKING LOTS: An application for a parking lot at 408 South Carroll Street was approved <br />]by the Board and referred to the City Cont-roller's office for proper licensing. <br />;IENGINEERING DEPARTIA-2NT: Contractors' Bonds were approved and ordered filed for Verlin <br />V. Engle, Bill Roseboom and Ralph E. Keller, Jr., <br />An Excavation Bond in the amount of �10,000 was approved and ordered filed for <br />]Checkley Contractors, Incorporated, 1171 West Front Street, Dowagiac, Michigan. <br />Checkley Contractorsq Incorporated, of Dowagiac7 Michigan filed a 1..'-aintenance Bond <br />in the amount of $21=.00 covering the construction of a sanitary sewer system Birchwood <br />'Avenue from Sample Street to the end of Birchwood Avenue7 and on Sample Street from Green- <br />,;view Avenue to a point 728 feet west of Greenview. <br />The Michigan Surety Company of Lansing, Michigan filed a Power of Attorney with the <br />;Board constituting and appointing Albert J.
