11.5 Dedication WHEREAS, a plat with dedication of streets and alleys indicated thereon is now pre- sented to the Board, to be known as Inluco Heights an addition to South Bend, Indiana, and This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public Works and � +Safety in Row # , Drawer # , and recorded in Book , Page , in the Recorder's Of- I fice of St. Joseph County. 1 I NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and public places dedicated to th' public use in said plat are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
