We hereby report that we have examined the several Bids submitted to the Board on April 241 1050 and find that the Reed Construction Company, I`ishati•,raka, Indiana ha.s the lowest and best bid for Class "C" Type l Cement Concrete Paver_�ent that the Rieth-I�ile,r Construction Company, South Lend, Indiana, has the lowest and best bid for Class "C" Type 1 Asphalt Base, Binder & Surface Pavement, ve recommend that the kind of Pavement placed on the above Street be Class "C" Type l Cement Concrete. i Respectfully Submitted, WILB11 R H.
