<br />Railroad Crossing at West Indiana. }venue. `_t'he report concerned the long periods of time
<br />flasher signales are in operation at the above mentioned crossing when no train or switch
<br />engine is in evidence.
<br />A letter was drafted to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company etheroin the above matter
<br />s directed to their attention and an investigation and written report was requested.
