<br />signa.te by preliminary order -the kind of pavement to be used, for the following described,;
<br />Street Improvement, as provided for in Improverent Resolution No. 2600-1950, duly passed ,
<br />by said Board on February 20, 1950, and confirmed on April 3, 1950, to wit: THIRTY-tSIXTH;
<br />STREET from the north line of Mishawaka Avenue to the south line of the Grand Trunk <ight,
<br />of-wa.y by constructing a. Class "C" Paverrlent, Types 1, 21 3 and 4. ;!
<br />Provided, all bids for the construction of said work, shall be filed in the office
<br />of the Clerk of the Board of Public Works and Safety of said City before 11:00 o'clock ,A
<br />.AM -CST of said day.
<br />Each bidder for said work shall enclose with his bid a Certified Check payable to to
<br />Trea surer of said City, in the sum of unto and one-half (22) per cent of the amount of his
<br />Ibid or a bid bond for two and one-half (2l) per cent of the amount of his bid, to insure
<br />j the execution of Contract, if said wor'-,` is awarded to him.
<br />Detailed plans and specifications for said improvement are on fi1_e in the office of
<br />the Board of Public Works and Safety.
<br />The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
