<br />The Board granted permission to erect two permanent type canopies on buildings con
<br />structed by Elvin Bar_fii at 2115 Miami Street. The canopies will extend three feet and
<br />three inches from the buildins:r and will be ten feet above the sidwalk level.

<br />to the west line of Michigan Street, said alley pavement to be included with the alley
<br />pavement now to be constructed under improvement Resolution No. 2604-1950, passed by this
<br />• Board on February 209 �950 and confirmed by this Board on March 27, 1/ and

<br />j Wherea.s, saic. petition represents all the property to be assessed for the paving of
<br />said alley, and
<br />i Whereas, said petitioners have waived their right of hearing on said alley pavement
<br />improvement; and
<br />Whereas said alley pavement will not increase the cost to be assessed to the pro-
