LPA-CONSULTANT CONTRACT
<br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
<br />THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 is made and entered into this 0, \ day of
<br />2017, by and between The City of South Bend, acting by and through its proper officials
<br />"LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY" or "LPA", hereinafter referred to as the "LPA", and Troyer Grout, Inc., 550
<br />Union Street, Mishawaka, Indiana 46544, hereinafter referred to as the "CONSULTANT".
<br />WITNESSETH
<br />WHEREAS, the LPA and CONSULTANT did enter into a contract on April 26, 2016 for the consultant
<br />to provide Engineering Services for the Safe Routes to School near LaSalle Intermediate and Marquette
<br />Primary project, Des. No. 1600076, and,
<br />WHEREAS, the LPA has requested certain additional services necessary for the completion of this
<br />contract, and
<br />WHEREAS, the CONSULTANT has agreed to perform the additional services necessary for the
<br />completion of this contract,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree that said contract shall be amended as herein
<br />described:
