Use paragraph numbers in this document for ease of reference herein and in future correspondence or amendments.] a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: i. Review impact to the design of alternative rooftop units and configurations. ii. Review whether the areas served by RTU-5 and RTU-8 can be heated by other means or through a modified control sequence to allow the building to be maintained at temperature without using the faulty heat exchangers in these two units. b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: (See above) C. The responsibilities of Owner are modified as follows: The Owner will assist in coordination with Museum personnel and the Museum's Maintenance Contractor to provide necessary information about current equipment issues.
