62 SPL'CIAL MEETING March 24, 1950 A Special Meeting of the Board of Public Works and Safety was held on Friday, March °24,°1950 at 10:30 a.m. All members were present. The meeting was called for the purpose of signing contracts for the installation of various sewers. A contract was entered into between the City of South send and theNiles Excavating Company, Niles, Michigan for the installation of a local sewer on LIBERTY STREET from 190 "feet south of the south line of Washington Street to 164 feet north of the north lin of Western .Avenue under Improvement Resolution No. 2613. A Performance :Bond was approvedl by the Board for the above. A contract was entered into between the City of South Bend and the Niles Excavating Company, Niles, Michigan for the installation of a local sewer on FISHER STREET from the � center line of Olive Street to 167 feet east of ti-le east line of Meade Street by furnish ing all labor, etc., under Improvement resolution No. 2614. A Performance Bond was appr v- ed by the Board for the above. A contract was entered into between the City of South Bend and the Niles Excavating Company, Niles, Michigan for the installation of a local sewer on CALVERT STREET from IJ the -'center line of `Olive Street to t le center line of Kaley Street by Furnishing all la.b rl etc., under Improvement Resolution No. 2615. A Performance Bond was approved by the Boa a for the above. I A 'contra.et was entered into between the City of South Bend and the need Construction Company, Mishawaka; Indiana. for the installation of a local sewer on LONGLEY AVENUE from I the °center lire of 'Olive Street to the center line of Meade Street by furnishing all labor, etc., under Improvement Resolution No. 2616, A Performance Bond was approved by the Boar for the above.. A contract was entered into between the City of ,South Bend and the Niles Excavating Company, Pq-iles, Michigan for the installation of a local sewer on i� ORT"- BZIL IELD STREE from the center line of Bergan Street to the center line of Hamilton Street under Improv ment Resolution No.' 2617. A Performance Bond was approved by the Board for the above. A contract was entered into between the City of South Bend and the N11.es Excavating Company, ?1i les, Michigan for the installation of a local sever on Ki�TUCKY STREET from 118 feet south of the south line of Lincolnway, West to 133 feet south of the south line of Crumstown .Avenue; CRUMSTOdZr AVENIrE from 98 feet west of the west line of Bendix Driv to the center l_ine'of Iowa. Street by furnishing labor, etc., under Improvement Resolutio No. 2619. A Performance .Bond was approved by the -.oard for the above.
