The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficienit <br />{proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances i <br />jhaving been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that theta <br />(said resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Depart <br />Iment is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the <br />;award of damages.to t':le surrounding propertigs. j <br />' Mr. R. S.
