<br />The Board approved plans for paving Addison Street from Chippewa Avenue to Luelde

<br />The Board approved plans for paving Luelde Street from Addison Street to Chippewa
<br />Avenue.
<br />Upon the recommendation of the City Engineer, the Board entered into a contract with
<br />Elmer V. and Glady P. Eisele for the purchase and removal of gravel from their farm at a
<br />purchase price of twenty cents (.20) Per Cubic Yard. The Board agreed not to remove more
<br />Ethan 10,000 Cubic Yards unless expressly authorized to do so. This Contract is for the
<br />• i year of 1950.
<br />Indiana Bell Telephone Company asked permission to construct underground conduit as
<br />per their sketches 2 to 21 inclusive presented to the Board. These were approved by the
<br />Board subject to their study by the City Engineer.
<br />I The petition of Harry W. Kramer and others for the construction of a pavement on the
<br />alley between Michigan and Main Streets from the South Line of Sample Street to the North
<br />Line of Garst Street having been received by the Board and referred to,the City Engineer
<br />now recommends that said petition be granted. Wilbur H. Gartner and Associates were di-
<br />rected to prepare general details, drawings, plans, specifications, estimates and preli-
<br />lminary improvement resolution for improving such part of said street by the construction
<br />of a pavement.
<br />The petition of Laslo Tamasi and others for the construction of a pavement on the
<br />alley between Kembel Avenue and Douglas Street from the North Line of Bruce Street to the
<br />South Line of Dubail having been received by the Board and referred to the City Engineer
<br />for investigation and recommendation, the City Civil Engineer now recommends that said
<br />petition be graved. Wilbur H. Gartner and Associates were directed to -prepare general
<br />details, drawings, plans, specifications, estimates and preliminary improvement resolutio
<br />for improving such part of said street by the construction of a pavement.
<br />The petition of Walter Derda and others for the construction of a pavement on Dunham
<br />Street from the West Line of Olive Street to the East Line of Kaley Street having been
<br />received by the Board and referred to the City Engineer for investigation and recommenda-
<br />tion, the City Civil Engineer now recommends that said petition be granted. Wilbur H.
<br />Gartner and Associates were directed to prepare general details, drawings, plans, speci-
<br />fications, estimates and preliminary improvement resolution for improving such part of
<br />jsa.id street by the construction of a pavement.

<br />!between Scott and Taylor Streets from the South Line of Dubail to the North Line of Calvet
<br />having been received by the Board and referred to the City Engineer for investigation and{
