All members were present. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved. There were no claims of suppliers to be approved. TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT s, Mr. Ernest 11111er, Traffic, Engineer, was present and matters pertain ing to his Department, were discussed. ENGINEERING DEPART.=JENT: _ Excavation Bonds were approved and ordered filed for: Phillip Cohn Plumbing and Heating Company; C. S. Randolph, Abe Medow, d/b/a as Medow Plumbing and Heating Company; Victor Tripple and Slutsky Plumbing and Heat°_ng Company Incorporated. Sewer plans were approved for Ash Lane and Crest Avenue in the Tti.ynckenham Hills Addition Section B and South East Drive, Sheets 1 and 2 in Twynckenham hills Addition, Section B for the Crown Development Company. STREET DEPARTMENT: Melton Brannon, Street Commissioner, was present and matters pertain- ing to his department were discussed. The Board requested that • immediate steps to complete this installation be taken.
