Mr. Ernest 1"ller, Traffic Engineer, Sras present and matters pertain <br />ing to his Department were discussed. <br />ENGINEERING DEPART1, NT: _ Excavation Bonds were approved and ordered filed for: Phillip <br />Cohn Plumbing and Heating Company; C. S.
