Fries. <br />• An Excavation Bond in the amount of $1,000 was approved and ordered filed for William <br />L. Turnock. <br />• <br />• <br />0 <br />.The°•°Riled Construction Company filed a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $7,357.75 <br />covering the pavement on South Main Street. <br />DEDICATION <br />WHEREAS, a plat with dedications of streets and alleys indicated thereon is now <br />presented to the Board to be known as a Replat of Part of Second Plat of LaSalle Park, <br />an addition to South Bend, Indiana, and <br />This plat and dedication is file in the records of the Board of Public Works and <br />Safety in Row # 21, Drawer-, and recorded in Book Page , in the Recorders Office <br />of St. Joseph County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City <br />of South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and public places dedicated to <br />the public use in said plat are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on <br />behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />BUSSES: <br />The following letter was received from the Northern Indiana Transit Company: <br />Replying to your letter under date of November <br />15th7 191-9, in regard to the schedule of our <br />North Side bus line, I will say that Councilman <br />Glass has been misinformed. <br />Altho we have carried on our lines One Million <br />Six Hundred and Forty-six Thousand fewer passengers <br />in the first nine months of 1949 than we did in <br />191-8, we have the same schedule on the North Side <br />Line that we have had for a long time past as is <br />shown in the enclosed schedule. <br />Very truly yours, <br />s/ R.
