<br />permission to install traffic lights at their gates on Chapin. Street, providing however,
<br />that the type of lights and the location thereof �rould first be approved by the Traffic i,�,
<br />E'ngi—_neer and the installation and operation shall first have his approval. They are to
<br />be similar to these installed by time Singer Company at their gat
