Mr. W. L. Dayton <br />• <br />from the Grand Trunk Western Railroad presented a plan for crossing protection which he 11 <br />said had been drawn up by the three railroads. This plan was presented to the City � <br />Engineer and the Traffic Engineer for further study. A <br />meeting was arranged with the � <br />railroad representatives and :,he Traffic Engineer to be <br />held on Thursday, November 3, i <br />1949 at which tine the plan .•could be further discussed. <br />There was also a discussion of !1 <br />the 'maintenance of the grade crossings in South Bend and <br />Ir.
