Noble, Clerk <br />A letter was received from Peter Schumaker and Sons requesting permission to close <br />• i the alleys between Michigan and Main Streets and Madison and LaSalle Street in order to <br />build an addition to the Eagle Lodge for a period of approximately 90 days. Permission <br />jfor the closing of these alleys was granted upon condition that Peter Schumaker and Sons <br />I!makes such agreement with abuting property owners as will permit the free flow of traffi <br />at the intersections of the alleys. <br />STREET DEPARTMEENT:.
