<br />Notice is hereby given, that the following Street Improvement has been completed.
<br />The general character of the Improvement, the street, alley, or public place on which
<br />it has been made, and the terminal points thereof, are as follows: Greenlawn Avenue
<br />from the south line of Mishawaka Avenue to the south property line of Lot 24 in Mikell'
<br />Addition, by draining, grading and paving the roadway with a. Class "B", Type 1 (One)
<br />Pavement.
<br />There is on file in the office of the City Controller of said City an assessment
<br />roll''.with the names of the owners and description of property subjedt to be assessed j
<br />with the amount of the prima facia assessment, and can be seen in the office of said •
<br />City Controller. I
<br />The Board of Public ',forks and Safety of said City, at the office of the Board in
<br />said City, will on the 15th day of August, 1949, at 10:00 o'clock A. i,. C. S. T. re-
<br />ceive and hear remonstrances against the amounts assessed against their property resp-
<br />ectively, on said roll, and will determine the question as whether such lots, or tracts
<br />of land, have been or will be benefited by said Improvement to the amounts named on
<br />said roll, or is greater or less than that named on said roll orin any sum. At which
<br />place and time all owners of such real estate may attend in person or by representa-
<br />tive and be heard.

<br />conditions of said plans and specifications in every particular, and that the material
<br />used was of the character-, kind., q_ua.ntity and quality re^uired therein and according to
