The intent of the CB Community Business District is to provide a location for <br /> high volume and high intensity commercial uses, often large space uses with outdoor sales <br /> and operations. This node has developed as an office district that serves as a buffer <br /> between the commercial properties to the east and the residential properties to the west, <br /> north, and south.
