The ownership changed following the transfer of the property <br /> 2.) Variances were modified to match the revised site plan submitted <br /> A Copy of the revisions are attached. <br /> Public Hearing Summary: <br /> There was 1 person that spoke in favor of the proposed zoning. The concerns addressed favor of <br /> developing the site, changes in the area, and how the Cleveland Road Plan may not be keeping up with <br /> expansive development. There were 3 that spoke in opposition to the proposed rezoning.
