Bottorff, II was legally advertised on October 5, 2017 and that the Area Plan Commission at its public hearing on October 17,2017 took the following action: Upon a motion by Oliver Davis,being seconded by John Leszczynski and unanimously carried,a proposed ordinance of Robert G, Bottorff, II to zone from SF2 Single Family&Two Family District to OB Office Bufffer District,property located at 212 East South Street,City of South Bend,is sent to the Common Council with a FAVORABLE recommendation,AS AMENDED. PLEASE NOTE that the Ordinance has been amended by the petitioner and is different than that used for the Common Council's first reading.The amended Ordinance was legally advertised and heard by the Area Plan Commission.
