Permitted uses in this district tend to generate <br /> heavy traffic and require extensive community facilities. Permitted uses in this district <br /> may require extensive amounts of outdoor storage or outdoor operations. The permitted <br /> uses provided for in this district should be separated from residential districts or low <br /> intensity commercial/mixed use districts by less intense industrial districts. <br /> Site Plan Description: <br /> The 9.14 acres site contains an existing 45,200 square foot building with a 6,000 square <br /> foot office. There are 53 existing parking spaces. The site plan shows a two phase <br /> expansion totaling 56,000 square feet of additional industrial space. The petition is <br /> preserving the mature trees on site,plus adding parking screening and screening of the <br /> proposed loading areas.
